1. Introduction

12. Termination & Account Closure

grab333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a player has breached these Terms; (b) grab333 is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction; (c) there is suspected fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity associated with the account; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to grab333 or other players.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, grab333 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where closure results from non-breach circumstances (e.g., player-requested closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
